There is Only One;
One Person who is the express Image of the Invisible God, His Name is Christ Jesus; ie the Only Begotten Son of God; Isa 9;6 and we are his offspring;
1JN 2:29 If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.
1JN 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
1JN 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
1JN 3:3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
1JN 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
1JN 3:5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
1JN 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
1JN 3:7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
1JN 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
1JN 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
1JN 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
1JN 3:11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
1JN 3:12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.
1JN 3:13 Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.
1JN 3:14 We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
1JN 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
1JN 3:16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

Seriphim74:
You said: "It is God that preserved his word not man. I trust in God not in man. It does not matter who translated the bible."
So you accept just any translation of the Bible... Believing that the translators... the men doing the translation have no effect on God's Word.
Perhaps, you would like to use the Book of Mormon which claims to be the inspired Word of God... or the Bible of the Jehovah witnesses... which claims to be the inspired translation of the original text... Perhaps any number of the various translations being tauted as being translations of the original text, and carry the words Holy Bible on there cover will work for you...
No, God doesn't interfere with free will... Holy men of Old were moved on by the Spirit of God and they obeyed... had they rebelled the Word they produced would be corrupted. However, God knows His own and those He can trust to listen to His Spirit... He did not entrust the translation of the KJV of the Bible to heretics or unbelievers. He called forth holy men of Old... who were moved by the Spirit of God to give us Gods Word... in the KJV of the Bible.
God calls men in the earth to do His work... Holy men produce holy works. Evil men produce evil works... or works that corrupt. Not all interpretations of the original text into English are authoritative or of God... The KJV is,
What makes the difference between English translations of the Bible? Inspiriation... plain and simple. Those who interpret scripture must be inspired of God or their works are the uninspired work of man. Which would you use?
God called and inspired the Trinitarians who interpreted and transcribed the KJV... He did not call many others who have produced English translations of the original text; into what they claim to be Holy and the inspired of God.
Finally, God has never used an Ass or heretics to preserve His Word. He has always had men of Faith available for this task. To believe otherwise is to trust heretics with preserving God's Word... their free will being their own... Satan doesn't cast out Satan.

The real issue here is not that the KJV is the inspired Word of God... It is that some in oneness will not accept that this Holy work could be produced by those they consider heretics... requiring all sorts of abstract rationalizaiton of the Word of God to justify the KJV as inspired.
Some, fear that too acknowledger God inspired Trinitarians too produce the KJV of the Bible... Would require them to rethink and revise their stand that Trinitarians are heretics.
Pride... overtakes wisdom and clouds understanding. It reigns in the heart of the stubborn. It takes a humble man to acknowledge an err... too, change a position erroneously held. Instead the proud will defame the works of others; too advance their own agenda.
Know this God is One... and that is immutable. Know this also, that the Trinitarian doctrine doesn't deny God is One or that Jesus Christ is God come in the flesh. Further, many who hold to the Trinity are baptized in the name of Jesus, in accordance with Act 2:38. Are all Trinitarians heretics... are they lost?
The evidence of the inspired work of the KJV of the Bible certainly shows God used Trinitarians to preserve His Word... How can this be if they are heretical? Satan does not cast our Satan, by preserving the Word of God.
Is it time for those of the Onesness Doctrine to reevaluate how they judge those of the Trininty? Too discern the true seed of Christ in the Body of Christ. Too, open up their assemblies to all who acknowledge the tenants of Oneness... regarding the essential pillars of faith... The Oneness of God in Christ, Acts 2:38, and that Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh.

Seraphim,
To soterking there are no POPES in the bible, I hear many say that Peter was the first Pope. Um no he was a Bishop, and popes are associated with Rome.
Since Im NOT RCC then I concur...there are no popes in the bible. What gave you the impression that I was making the case that there were???
However, there was a bishop of Rome during Nicea and a bishop of Alexandria and other areas. In fact if you read canon 6 of Nicea (I think it's canon 6) you'll find that more authority is given to the bishop of Alexandria than the bishop of Rome.
Rome persecuted the man, he had no reason to Go back. But as I have said time and time again, as many has stated as Prophet and soter both have attested too. The Roman catholic church incorperated the doctorine of the trinity.
You need to read the RCC catechism...and a part of being a good RC is the belief in apostolic succesion and papal infallibility. Since there was no pope at Nicea then how could the RCC "incorporate" the doctrine of the trinity.
Way before the RCC the codefication of the trinity was a foregone conclusion.
Long has the topic of One and three Gods been going on, Those that were of oneness were first then as time went on the Might of Rome began to kill off those of Oneness. The doctorine of the trinity was maintained through fear and tyranny. They often labeled those that were oneness that understood the scripture as heretics, and slandered there names.
Again, read your history. Trinitarians killed arians. Arians killed trinitarians. Catholics killed Protestants. Protestants killed Catholics.
You give Sabellian the power of the state and we'd be talking about how murderous the modalists were.
But as far as the truthfulness of the doctrine itself...the arguments you raise are irrelevant.

Canon 6 of the Nicean Coucil...
Let the ancient customs in Egypt, Libya and Pentapolis prevail, that the Bishop of Alexandria have jurisdiction in all these, since the like is customary for the Bishop of Rome also. Likewise in Antioch and the other provinces, let the Churches retain their privileges. And this is to be universally understood, that if any one be made bishop without the consent of the Metropolitan, the great Synod has declared that such a man ought not to be a bishop. If, however, two or three bishops shall from natural love of contradiction, oppose the common suffrage of the rest, it being reasonable and in accordance with the ecclesiastical law, then let the choice of the majority prevail.
So we can discount the influence of the RCC, because it didn't exist, in the formation of the trinity in general and the Nicean Council in particular.
Long has the topic of One and three Gods been going on,
Actually it has never been about the choice between one God or three Gods. It has been a discussion about how to define, codefy and exposit the parameters of One God.
Both trinitarians and modalists have declared that tri-theism is heretical.
Those that were of oneness were first then as time went on the Might of Rome began to kill off those of Oneness. The doctorine of the trinity was maintained through fear and tyranny. They often labeled those that were oneness that understood the scripture as heretics, and slandered there names.
There was no "Might of Rome" because there was no monolithic entity called the RCC. In fact, some of the bishops of Rome were sabellians or modalists.

Which person/God is the True God and Eternal Life?

Phillip:
Obviously you either do not read what I write or Iam not clear enough... I believe in One God. Moses believed in the One God who revealed Himself to man as the Iam that Iam. Is Moses in hell because He believed in the God who he called the Iam that Iam?
However, today the name we use for salvation is Jesus Christ... It is in this name that the New Testament says the fullness of the Godhead dwells... and that by no other name must man be saved.
It is the name of Jesus that contains the fullness of God today... It is in this name that we baptize and are saved. Therefore, it is in the name of Jesus, that God dwells with man.

Of course the RCC did not pre exist nationally before the council of nicea. The council of Nicea was to determine what the nations new religion's doctrine would be.Seeing Constantine was s un god follower, he merged many of its tenets into Christianity along with other pagan beliefs like the trinity. Paul in Romans 1:20said the GODHEAD was CLEARLY SEEN and UNDERSTOOD.This blows the "unexplainable incomprehensible trinity doctrine" out of the water.

Even before the council of Nicea the trinity or the triune nature of God was a way that they tried to explain who and what Christ was to the romans. They used the Logos as their best way of explaining it. Trying to make Christ more appealing to those who where the upper class of Rome. The FACT of the matter was that ONENESS BELEIVERS were the MAJOIRITY when it was created. There only concern (oneness beleivers) was that they didn't want to get away from the complete montheistic view of God. WHich is what they feared was happening. And as we see did happen.
The trinity doctorine is just the wrong way to explain the oneness of God it invites too much confusion and God is not the author of confusion. The intentions may have been right but it does not take away from turning the word of God into a lie. Look at eve she added to the word and made it a lie and look what happened as a result. She didn't mean harm and thougth she was doing the right thing but satan capitalized on it.
Also the FACT that God never ever explains himself as triune would make it a lie. Jesus never taught God was triune, nor did Peter, Paul or any of the apsotles. It was a created doctrine which appeared many many many years after the death of christ. If you can not accept that fact then there is no use in continuing the coverstation further. Cause if you believe that the trinity doctrine is of God then what else is there to say on the matter.

Joseph,
Of course the RCC did not pre exist nationally before the council of nicea.
Now you've changed it to mean 'nationally.' Your method is very convenient...to you.
Keep changing your original meaning and you'll be right eventually. Pretty soon you'll be down to the thesis that there was a city of Rome that had christians living in it and that's what you were talking about all along.
The council of Nicea was to determine what the nations new religion's doctrine would be. Seeing Constantine was s un god follower, he merged many of its tenets into Christianity along with other pagan beliefs like the trinity.
Hmmm. Now it's not the RCC at all...it's the sun god cult, with Constantine being the "pope".
Besides the trinity, which is not pagan, what other tenets are you talking about??

It is very arrogant for Oneness to claim it is the only doctrine that preaches and teaches the Oneness of God. The Trinity teaches God is One... Who has revealed Himself at various times and places to man in three forms: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
Each manifestation of God being the same God... revealed in a form appropriate to God and mankind's need at the time. Just, as water is revealed in three forms... Ice, Steam and Liquid, but it is always the same... water. Water as Ice, Steam or Liquid have separate physical characteristics that serve different purposes and needs in creation... but, they are always the same.
Those who slander their Brothers in Christ, seeking to appear righteous before God, are like the Pharisee's who prayed in public and upon the street corners... Saying, here Iam God, a righteous man, bless me... but that tax collector and those Jesus freeks... curse them for they are unclean.
God knows His sheep and in His house are many vessels... some of gold and silver others of wood and stubble, but they are all necessary, and in His house. Again, I exhort you to be careful how you judge those who come in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ. Greet, them with an holy kiss... and not with the back of your hand or insults. For God sees and will reward thee in like kind. Prophet.

The doctrine of the Trinity says that there is one God who exists eternally as three distinct persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Scripture says, "God is one" (Galatians 3:20). There is nothing about three persons in scripture. Manifestations, yes.
"Hear, O Israel: the LORD our God is one LORD" (Deuteronomy 6:4).
"Before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour" (Isaiah 43:10-11).
"I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God" (Isaiah 44:6).
"Is there a God beside me? yea, there is no God; I know not any" (Isaiah 44:8).
The term "God the Father" is biblical and refers to God Himself. God (The Father/Spirit) robed Himself in FLESH (The Son) and came to earth. The flesh died on the cross and rose again...He was transfigured and sent His Spirit (Holy Ghost) back to dwell in His children....to lead and guide them in all ways of truth.
The title Father indicates a relationship between God (Spirit) and man (Flesh), particularly between God (Spirit)and His Son (Flesh) and between God and regenerated man...as our example.

We should never slander or hurt anyone. We should never be arrogant or haughty, but we should discuss with love. Truth must prevail regardless of who is right or wrong. God will show ALL those that seek Him with their whole heart......who He is and lead and guide them in all ways of truth and righteousness. We must maintain a right Spirit.

Prophet I commend what you are saying but you must also understand that not everyone that nameth the name of the Lord is of Christ. And if any man hath not the spirit of Christ he is none of his. The bible tells us to try every spirit. Just because someone says they are a follower of Christ does not mean that is so. I am sure many of you heard of the man De Jesus ( I believe that is how you spell his name.) He claims he is the Christ should we believe him? I am not saying you are there. But the word says how can two walk together unless the agree. It also days that if any man or angel come and preach another gospel that has not been preached. Or another Christ let them be accursed. If the blind lead the blind they both fall into a ditch.
No one is trying to proclaim self righeousness like the pharasees, but our rigtousness has to exceed that of the pharasees. If I held a reverence of God in my heart and you knew it but you knew I was lacking some truths to Gods word or my mind is in the right place but my feet on the wrong path I would want someone to tell me.
Apollos was a teacher of God, a good one at that but he still lacked certain truths. Now he could of told Pacilla and Aqualla (I beleive that is how you spell it.) that I am worshipping the same Christ you are so what does it matter. but he didnt and they were able to expound them more greatly on the word.
They only thing about oneness is that we recognize the doctrine of the trinity as a man made doctrine thus it has no weight in scripture and is made to be a lie. Well I am not attacking you personally just he doctrine. It is a man made doctrine, it did not come from scriptures and no one in scriptures taught it. That is all at least it is what I am trying to get you to understand but I know that If God opens your understanding then you will until then, you will countinue to believe in a triune God
praise Him

I never changed my original meaning. You misunderstood something simple I just explained it to you.The RCC was birthed at Nicea after you said it did not.How convenient your error was exposed and you try to make me out a liar. Ok what CHURCH SYSTEM came from the council of nicea?I havent seen any baptist preachers wearing a white robe nad having their congregations kiss their ring.I havent seen any pentecostal nunneries or monastaries.THE RCC was birthed at the council of Nicea, maybe not in its full present form BUT in its infancy and heresies. It was a mixture of paganism and Christianity which is the mother of harlots and her children( protestant mainlines) are her daughters. You cannot DENY the RCC got its start at Nicea.Only a fool would believe it did not. They established the churches doctrine at nicea. They then went forth MURDERING ALL Christians who would NOT conform to their heresies. You want to defend them as HOLY go ahead.

Seriphim;
Thank you for your considerate response regarding how we are too decern the spirit of Christ in others.
However, there is a great gulf between those that come in the name of Jesus and those that say they are Jesus. We are to greet those who come in the name of Jesus with a holy kiss... and to avoid those who claim to be Jesus.
As for the righteousness of the Pharasee's... How does one exceed their righteousness? Paul who was chief among the Pharasee's... the first born of his mother, guiltless, concerning the law... Observed the details and rituals of the scriptures, from his youth. He was righteous in his own eyes concerning faith and the law.
However, they missed the weightier things... of the Spirit. They failed to realize that their is only one who is righteous and that is God Himself. As Paul said after being converted; his righteousness was as filthy rags. How then are we righteous?
We are the righteousness of God in Christ... We take upon us the robe of His righteousness... not, by our works or by our own power but by His Spirit... Least any man should boast, like the Pharasee's. If then we have our life in Christ; it is no longer I who live... nor is it my works. Rather it is the righteousness and works of Christ in me that I exhalt...
All things remain the same from the beginning... men, oft seek their own path to righteousness... as Cain in the beginning. Thinking to be better than his brother, he slew his brother... to spite God. Why? Because of pride and a stubborn spirit, that said I am first born... I have the righteousness and blesssing of my father... He lives in me, and God owes me as the first born... not my brother.
Do we slay our brothers for their offerings... for their method of worship. Do we become wroth over God's acceptance of Ables offering... over Ables acceptance by God. The Tinitarian's offerings have pleased God... God has used them mightly to translate His Word as witnesses around the World. One of Gods great evangelsit Billy Graham is a Trinitarian... is he an heretic also?
Cease, from plotting to slay thy brothers and sisters... come together in the Spirit of Love... suffering one anothe as Christ hath suffered us while, we were yet sinners... Give, that ye may also receive a blessing that can not be contained in these earthen vessels... Watch, God move in His House to rigthtly fashion and furnish it... to equip it with every good work and vessel.
God bless you and keep you... and I thank God for your kindness toward me and your zeal for God... amen.
Prophet.

Prophet please read everthing that I am saying. Dont take one thing and run with it. This is not a slaying of Cain. If anything what you should get from the story is that ONE was righteous the other was not.
But aside from that this is about the trinity and it's origin it is a man made doctrine. It is not of God, how can one say they are of christ and turn his word into a lie. (one of my points you missed out on or ignored.) It is not about those that say they are Jesus, but also those that say they come in the name of Jesus. Or are followers of Christ. We are to try every spirit to see if they are of God or not. That includes doctrine. You have one Doctrine pertaining to holiness, and reaveal who God is. If God never said he was triune, nor did Jesus, nor the apostle then I would have to consider it a false assumption of who God is. Then when history tells you where the trinity doctrine orginated from, who widly used it, and the countless people that were murdered for it.
It funny because today many are beginning to admit that the trinity has nothing to do with christianity but because it has polluted so many minds people still hold onto it as if it were revelation from heaven. Even the added scriptures that many will use to support a triune God.
But I guess none of that matters. Also like I said if one considers themselves to be my brother then I will tell them the truth. IF that is reaveling that the trintiy doctrine is false and not of God, then that is Love.
Praise Him

Re: How do you explain the Trinity?
It is part of the Harlot Church System;
The Church of the living God only has one head; His name Is Christ;
Jesus Saves Colossians 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
1 Timothy 3:15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

I read in a CATHOLIC ENCYCLOPEDIA(AND OTHER DICTIONARIES AND ENCYCLOPEDIAS agree to this that the baptism formula was done in "JESUS name by the early churches for the first 2 centuries until it was changed to it's present trinitarian formula at the council of Nicea 325 A.D." The catholic version added"but the early church fathers CORRECTED THE MISTAKE THE APOSTLES MADE and changed it to FATHER SON HOLY GHOST as JESUS commanded in Matthew 28:19 at the council of Nicea".You will be hard pressed to find this now seeing it was in older dictionaries and encyclopedias. The Libraries change them every so often but you may still find a few here and there. This is still further proof the Trinity doctrine was adopted by the council of Nicea which birthed the RCC.

I read in a catholic encyclopedia so the catholics who wrote it must be liars huh? Who had the Council of Nicea held?Wasnt it Constantine The sun god worshiper? It was his dream to merge all religions into one and this was what the council of nicea was about. There are other dictionaries that bear out what I said.Youll find it in hastings and some much older ones. They are leaving this information out of the newer ones because it make the harlot mother and her children look bad.The RCC was born under constantine's rule. You will NOT find the RCC doctrine taught by the early church,It came later and was founded by the apostates NOT the apostles.Changing the baptismal formula was done by the apostates not the apostles.Th Apostles baptized in JESUS name not trinity titles.Read Acts 2:38,8:16,19:1-5.You wont find them using trinity titles. It was around 1989-1991 when I last read that statement before the Library updated tot he new encyclopedias. You will have to HUNT DILLIGENTLY to find it now.

Joseph,
The RCC has their own agenda, whatever that is. The fact is that you cannot get an exhaustive historical account of anything from an encyclopedia and/or a dictionary...whatever the subject is.
You make statements as if they are true when at the same time you can't answer my questions which means that since you can't answer them then the statements that you make are not true.
Now...try again.
